Dernal Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Saturday or on Sunday will ship the following Monday. We primarily use FedEx, USPS, and UPS for delivery.
  • Free Shipping: Orders of $49 or more (after discounts and before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states.
  • Orders Under $49: Shipping rates for orders under $49 vary based on weight and destination. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: We currently do not offer express shipping, but we are exploring options to provide faster delivery in the future.

Returns

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • In-Store Returns: Products purchased in-store can be returned to any Dernal location within 30 days with the original receipt for a full refund. Without a receipt, you’ll receive store credit.
  • Online Returns:
    • Start your return online through our customer service by given us a call or email at service@petmaxfoodshop.com
    • You’ll receive a prepaid return label to ship the item(s) back to us.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at service@petmaxfoodshop.com for assistance. We will cover return shipping costs for such cases.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Dernal error or a damaged/defective item.
  • VIP Rewards: VIP Rewards Points earned on returned purchases will be deducted from your account balance.
