Coupon Policy

1. Coupons must be original and unaltered; we cannot accept photocopies, scans, or duplicates.
2. Printed coupons will be collected by the cashier upon use.
3. Mobile coupons with scannable barcodes are accepted.
4. We accept competitor and manufacturer coupons.
5. Coupons must be presented at the time of purchase.
6. Unscannable or tampered coupons are not valid.
7. Coupon value may be reduced if it exceeds item value; no cash back provided.
8. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
9. Expired coupons will not be accepted.
10. Pet Max reserves the right to limit or reject coupons not covered by this policy.
11. Coupons cannot be reissued upon return of the purchased item.
12. Item purchased must match coupon description.
13. Sales tax is calculated based on the full item value before coupon application.
14. Coupon offers are subject to availability.
15. Coupons may be subject to additional limitations and restrictions listed on the coupon or product.

Pet Max Food Shop Coupons

1. Limit one Pet Max coupon per household.
2. Pet Max coupons cannot be used for grooming services, cat adoptions, or gift cards.
3. Multiple Pet Max coupons cannot be combined unless specified.

Competitor Coupons

1. Current competitor coupons are accepted if we stock the same product.
2. Competitor coupons must be active and not expired.

Manufacturer Coupons

1. Manufacturer coupons requiring customer information must be filled out completely.
2. Manufacturer rebates cannot be redeemed as coupons in-store.
3. We uphold purchase stipulations set by product manufacturers.
4. Manufacturer coupons must include a valid redemption address.
